What is in the report

Sanctions and export control	The company name — and any name you give us alongside it — against the official OFAC, UK, EU, UN and US BIS lists, run on the day we produce the report. Exact hits and close-name hits are listed separately, so you can see why a name came up.
Registration snapshot	Company number, current status, incorporation date, registered address and activity codes, taken from the public register.
Ownership	Directors and persons with significant control, from the public register. For UK companies this comes from Companies House.
Sources and a clear verdict line	Every finding carries the register or list it came from and the date we pulled it. If a search is clean, the report says clean. If a record does not exist, it says so.

What we will not do

We will not tell you whether to do the deal. We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice.
We will not invent a finding to make the report look thorough. Empty searches get reported as empty.
We cannot see anything that is not public — internal accounts, bank balances, private contracts. Nobody can.
Registration and ownership records are public-register data. UK companies are fully covered. If the company you are asking about is registered somewhere else, tell us the country before you pay and we will say honestly whether we can cover it or not.
