You have 14 days to ask for a refund.
That is the whole policy in one line. The rest explains how to ask, who processes it, and what your own country's law gives you on top of it.
ShipCopy subscriptions are sold by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem is the legal seller of record — the name you see on your card or bank statement — and Creem is the party that issues refunds.
Xi'an Kehe Cross-border E-commerce Co., Ltd. builds and runs ShipCopy. We never see or store your card details.
| When you ask | What happens |
|---|---|
| Within 14 days of your transaction date | You can request a refund. Ask us and we will action it with Creem, or request it from Creem directly. |
| After 14 days | Creem's standard terms apply. If something is broken on our side, write to us anyway — a product that does not work as described is a separate matter and we deal with it. |
For a subscription, the 14 days run from the date of the payment you want refunded. If your subscription starts with a free trial, the 14 days run from the day the trial ends and your first payment is taken.
Two ways, either is fine:
Some countries give you a longer or stronger right than the 14 days above. Where that is the case, your local law applies and we honour it:
| Where you are | Your statutory window |
|---|---|
| European Union, EEA, Switzerland, United Kingdom | 14 days |
| Türkiye, Israel | 14 days |
| South Korea, Brazil, Canada, China | 7 days |
| Singapore | 5 days |
If your country is not listed, you still have the 14 days in section 2, and nothing here removes any right your own law gives you.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund, and it is simpler. Cancel any time from your account, or from the link in your payment confirmation email. Cancelling stops all future payments. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it ends.
If you are refunded, the subscription is cancelled and access ends. We will tell you in the same email when this takes effect.
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time to show it — usually 5–10 business days, and international cards can be slower. We will confirm the refund from our side so you are not left guessing.
Please email us before calling your bank. A chargeback takes weeks to resolve and freezes the money in the meantime; a message to us usually takes a day. If you do file one, Creem handles the dispute process and we provide the order records.
If something does not work the way this site says it works, that is on us. Write to harvey@launchcraft.io and describe what happened. We will either fix it or refund it. This is separate from — and in addition to — the refund window above.
We may update this page. The version that applies to your purchase is the one that was published on the day you bought. The date at the top changes whenever we edit it.
