1. What ShipCopy is

ShipCopy (launchcraft.io) is a tool that generates launch copy (landing page text, Product Hunt posts, Reddit threads, X threads) from a product description you provide.

2. AI-generated content

The copy we produce is generated by an AI model. It may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or statements that don't fit your product. You are fully responsible for reviewing everything before you publish it, and for anything you choose to post. We make no guarantee that generated copy is accurate, compliant with any platform's rules, or effective.

3. Free tier and subscriptions

The free tier gives every new visitor 10 free rewrites, with no account and no credit card required. A "rewrite" means one submission in any of the three modes (launch copy, rewrite in a human voice, or prompt generation). When the 10 free uses are spent, the tool asks you to subscribe before continuing.

Paid subscriptions unlock unlimited use in all three modes. Subscription fees are charged through our payment provider (Creem). You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

4. Refund and cancellation policy

The refund window is 14 days. If you want a refund, ask within 14 days of the charge — email harvey@launchcraft.io and we will action it with our Merchant of Record, or contact them directly using the support link in your receipt. You do not need our permission to ask them.

Where your local consumer law gives you a longer or stronger right — for example 14 days in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, the UK, Türkiye and Israel; 7 days in South Korea, Brazil, Canada and China; 5 days in Singapore — that law applies and we honour it.

To cancel: use the cancel option in your account, or email us. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ShipCopy to generate, rewrite, or assist in producing any of the following:

• Content that is illegal under any applicable law.
• Content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or that impersonates another person.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
• Content that targets minors in a harmful way.

You are responsible for the legality of everything you publish using our output.

6. Prohibited content (NSFW)

ShipCopy must not be used to create, rewrite, or facilitate the creation of any of the following:

• Sexually explicit content, including pornographic text, sexual descriptions, or material intended to arouse.
• Nudity, including descriptions or depictions of exposed genitals, intimate body parts, or sexual acts.
• Any adult material, including content restricted to adult audiences (e.g. age-restricted erotica, sex-industry marketing, escort services, sexual health products marketed erotically).

This prohibition applies to any input, output, prompt, or end use - regardless of whether the content is generated directly, paraphrased, translated, "humanized", or otherwise processed through ShipCopy.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates this section, without notice or refund. Reports of suspected violations can be sent to harvey@launchcraft.io.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipCopy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the content it generates.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
